Can not understand the sence in it? - 2008/10/21 22:46
I have a young lady working for me one day a week as a casual independent stylist and she earns 50% of her takings. The rest of the week she works for another salon. In that one day that she works for me she earns more than three days work in her other job yet she tells me that she wants to continue to work as is due to needing the money? I would have thought that if she put more effort into working the system we run across more days she would make twice as much. The logic of her thought pattern escapes me.
