Help me find a salon E-mail

Dear Sirs

I am looking at the possibility of opening my own salon. But I am so worried about ending up in a small out of the way one man show that I am losing confidence. How can I find a salon that has the potential to grow into a thriving business. I have read the book and heard the cd's and I know that I can make a success of my own business. But where do I find the location that can allow me to do that?

Finding a salon can be the hardest part of getting into business. You didn't mention how much you had to spend. Unfortunately when it comes to position, the more you can afford, the better the site. This has nothing to do with how good the business can become. It has more to do with how many and what caliber of stylists might want to work with you. If you find an area that you like, why not write to the salons that are there and and ask if they would be interested in selling out to you. Out of every 30 salons you contact you will get an answer. Do your sums when it comes to salons, your projected realistic income against the expenses. like the book says. Never be cheep but offer more service than your competitors. It is the only way to success.
