Small Business Guidance - Magazine for Hairdressers

How hard is this?

Find me a stylist with ambition somebody. All I keep getting are stylists who want a set wage per hour and they are happy to sit and do nothing about building up a customer base. Like I owe them a living! I do have a couple of girls that work on incentive and try very hard but they have kids and are always having to take days off. I need a full time worker or partner, somebody that can train to take over this busy salon. LOOK ON THE JOBS LIST.

	Can not believe it I just can not believe that there is not one hairdresser who feels that they are good enough to open their own salon in Brassall. Here is a salon that is doing very good business and has an owner who has to give up sooner or later. The salon is being offered on a deal that could see the stylist take over for hardly any money and yet there is not one p[erson that has taken up the opertunity. Are stylists in Ipswich so usless that they just want award wage gaurantees so that they don't have to work too hard? Report
